How do I confirm hotel reservations?
To confirm your reservation, please call the Reservations Department at the Embassy Suites Denver Downtown at (303) 592-1000. Please note: NALTO® Headquarters is unable to view your reservations.
When is the cut-off date for the hotel room block discount?
The NALTO® hotel room block discount cut-off date is Thursday, August 18, 2022. After this date, we are unable to guarantee a discounted room. The block is expected to sell-out, so we strongly suggest booking your room as soon as possible.
What should I wear?
During the day anything from business to casual dress is appropriate. Evening attire is at your discretion.
How much is parking?
The hotel offers valet parking only, subject to availability. Current prices are as follows, and subject to change without notice:
0-4 hours: $20.00
4-8 hours: $24.00
8+ or overnight: $49.00
Will there be WiFi?
Complimentary basic wireless internet will be provided both in the guest rooms and meeting space.
What is the cancellation policy?
A refund less a $150.00 processing fee will be given for cancellations submitted by written request to NALTO and received by Thursday, August 18, 2022. No refunds will be given after Thursday, August 18, 2022. Requests must be submitted by email to [email protected].
