Olivia is a Sales Division Vice President with Jackson + Coker. She has over a decade of recruitment and staffing experience, with the last five and a half exclusive to the locum tenens industry. Upon joining Jackson + Coker, Olivia helped lead the Surgery division. After three years in this role, Olivia was asked to take over the Neurosciences team. In addition to the Neuro team, Olivia also took on leading the Non-Clinical Services division and is an avid curator of strategic ideas and processes for the company. She has been a co-host of the Heroes of Healthcare podcast since 2021. Olivia received her Bachelor’s Degree from Georgia Southern University.  

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with family and friends, and is a health and fitness enthusiast.
