Paul Miller, Vice President of Sales at CompHealth (a division of CHG Healthcare), the nation’s largest provider of locum tenens physicians and founder of the traveling physician industry, describes himself as a collaborator, problem solver, and inquisitive learner. Prior to joining CompHealth in 2018, Paul led sales and operations teams for Fortune 500 staffing companies in locations across the US since 2000. His passion for experiencing new challenges, understanding complex problems, and collaborating with stake holders to find the best solutions has driven him to take on leadership roles and responsibilities spanning the staffing industry from traditional commercial staffing to accounting and finance and now to locum tenens. In addition to his love of all things staffing, his greatest satisfaction comes from his accomplishments at home as Angela’s husband of 30 years and a proud father to 3 well-rounded sons. Paul is a graduate of the University of Missouri.
