Viper Tradeshow Services is the official service contractor for the 2025 Annual Convention. Once your application has been processed and payment has been received, your information will be forwarded to Viper Tradeshow Services, and instructions for downloading the Exhibitor Service Kit and online ordering information will be sent to you. All booth services should be ordered from the Viper Tradeshow Services exhibitor kit. These items are not included in your booth rental and may be ordered from Viper.
The show color is black and the exhibit hall is carpeted.
ALL EXHIBITOR SHIPMENTS MUST BE SHIPPED IN ADVANCE to Viper’s warehouse. No show site shipping is permitted without permission and a specific appointment with Viper. Shipment fees to the warehouse include delivery to the hotel, delivery to your booth, storage of empties, and return of empties at the close of the event.
Exhibitor Service Kits will be sent by email. Questions regarding material handling, shipping, or booth furnishings should be directed to Joe Kordecki,(jkordecki@vipertradeshow.com).
Most booth furnishings may be ordered online, and instructions will be included in the Exhibitor Service Kit. The following services must be ordered and paid for directly through the hotel, using the order forms supplied in the Exhibitor Service Kit: electrical, Internet, and/or audio/visual.
A full refund less a $150.00 processing fee will be available for exhibit space cancellations if received at NAPR/NALTO® Headquarters by February 4, 2025. No refunds will be available for exhibit space cancellations received after February 4, 2025.

How do I confirm my hotel reservation?

When is the hotel cutoff date?
The cutoff date for hotel reservations is Monday, January 27, 2025. For more information on the NAPR/NALTO® discounted rate and how to book, please view the Hotel Information section.
What is the cancellation policy?
Requests must be submitted by email to info@nalto.org. A $150 processing fee will be deducted from refunds made for cancellations received by February 5, 2025. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date, and no-shows require payment in full. All refunds will be processed after Convention.
When and in what order will I be assigned my booth?
Booth locations will be selected on a Zoom call. Attendance is required to select booth numbers. Order of selection will be made based on the date of the received contract, electrical needs, sponsorship level, and if possible, direct competitors.
I am interested in hosting an affiliate event – who do I contact?
If your company is interested in hosting an affiliate event, please contact NAPR/NALTO® Headquarters for assistance in coordinating your event.
