John Pannucci has spent the majority of his professional life in the locums industry, starting in 2010. In 2016 he founded Alumni Staffing, based out of Bridgewater, NJ. Since their inception, Alumni has received multiple awards including, 2X Best Places to Work, Fastest Growing Staffing Company, and 6X Best of Staffing for both Clients and Candidates. John has been an active NALTO member since 2012 and a member of SIA since 2016. He has participated on the Arbitration/Mediation board since 2014 (last active Arbitration he led was 2020) and has been primarily focused on assisting newer companies the past few years at NALTO conferences. He looks to give back to those who need support and guidance in their early years, as there were key individuals from NALTO who helped him get started back in 2016. Having walked the path from start-up founder to leading a PE-backed (transaction December 2024) rapidly growing locums company, he is committed to using that experience to support the next generation of organizations in the industry.
