How do I confirm hotel reservations?
To confirm your reservation, please call the Reservations Department at the Westin Peachtree Plaza at 1-800-937-8461. Please note: NALTO® Headquarters is unable to view your reservations.
When is the cut-off date for the hotel room block discount?
The NALTO® hotel room block discount cut-off date is Monday, August 17, 2026. After this date, we are unable to guarantee a discounted room. The block is expected to sell out, so we strongly suggest booking your room as soon as possible.
What should I wear?
During the day anything from business to casual dress is appropriate. Evening attire is at your discretion.
How much is parking?
Self parking and valet parking options are available for guests. For overnight guests, rates are $25 for self-parking or $39 for valet parking.
Will there be Wi-Fi?
Complimentary basic wireless internet in guest rooms and meeting space is included.
What is the registration cancellation policy?
A refund less a $150.00 processing fee will be given for cancellations submitted by written request to NALTO® and received by Friday, July 10, 2026. No refunds will be given after Friday, July 10, 2026. Requests must be submitted by email to info@nalto.org.

How do I register to become a sponsor or exhibitor?
Click here to access the online registration form. You will first need to log in to your NALTO® account or create an account to fill out the form.
If the sponsorship option you were interested in is not listed, it has already been reserved.
You will need your company website, description, and logo readily available to complete the form. For payment, you can pay via credit card using the online payment portal, or you can select the “invoice me” option to mail in a check. An invoice will automatically be sent to the email used to register.
How many attendees does NALTO® anticipate?
We typically have 125 attendees for our in-person Fall Fly-In.
What should I provide as a door prize?
Exhibitors and sponsors are encouraged to provide a prize to give away during the prize break on the last day, such as a gift card or product. Drawings will be held and your prize will be awarded to an attendee who actively engages with the exhibit hall and visits all exhibitor tables.
When will I receive the pre- and post-meeting attendee list?
Exhibitors and sponsors will receive the pre-meeting attendee list approximately one week before the meeting, and the final one within three business days of the last day of the meeting. Information shared will include name, designation, organization, and email address. In compliance with CAN-SPAM privacy laws, NALTO® is required to give attendees the choice to “opt out” of the registrant listing. This final registration list will NOT include those attendees who opt out.
How do I pay to exhibit or sponsor?
You can pay via credit card through the online registration form payment portal. To pay via check, select the “invoice me” option in the registration form. Please make check payable to NALTO® (The National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations). NALTO® Tax ID #01-0630044.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
A $100 cancellation fee will be assessed for all written cancellations received before August 1, 2026. Email cancellation requests to info@nalto.org. No refunds will be issued for cancellations on or after August 1, 2026.

Where will the NALTO® 2026 Fall Fly-In be held?
This year’s Fall Fly-In will be held at the Westin Peachtree Plaza located in Atlanta, Georgia. Please click here for location.
How do I confirm hotel reservations?
To confirm your reservation, please call the Reservations Department at the Westin Peachtree Plaza at 1-800-937-8461. Please note: NALTO® Headquarters is unable to view your reservations.
When is the cut-off date for the hotel room block discount?
The NALTO® hotel room block discount cut-off date is Monday, August 17, 2026. After this date, we are unable to guarantee a discounted room. The block is expected to sell out, so we strongly suggest booking your room as soon as possible.
What should I wear?
During the day anything from business to casual dress is appropriate. Evening attire is at your discretion.
How much is parking?
Self parking and valet parking options are available for guests. For overnight guests, rates are $25 for self-parking or $39 for valet parking.
Will there be Wi-Fi?
Complimentary basic wireless internet in guest rooms and meeting space is included.
What is the registration cancellation policy?
A refund less a $150.00 processing fee will be given for cancellations submitted by written request to NALTO® and received by Friday, July 10, 2026. No refunds will be given after Friday, July 10, 2026. Requests must be submitted by email to info@nalto.org.

How do I register to become a sponsor or exhibitor?
Click here to access the online registration form. You will first need to log in to your NALTO® account or create an account to fill out the form.
If the sponsorship option you were interested in is not listed, it has already been reserved.
You will need your company website, description, and logo readily available to complete the form. For payment, you can pay via credit card using the online payment portal, or you can select the “invoice me” option to mail in a check. An invoice will automatically be sent to the email used to register.
How many attendees does NALTO® anticipate?
We typically have 125 attendees for our in-person Fall Fly-In.
What should I provide as a door prize?
Exhibitors and sponsors are encouraged to provide a prize to give away during the prize break on the last day, such as a gift card or product. Drawings will be held and your prize will be awarded to an attendee who actively engages with the exhibit hall and visits all exhibitor tables.
When will I receive the pre- and post-meeting attendee list?
Exhibitors and sponsors will receive the pre-meeting attendee list approximately one week before the meeting, and the final one within three business days of the last day of the meeting. Information shared will include name, designation, organization, and email address. In compliance with CAN-SPAM privacy laws, NALTO® is required to give attendees the choice to “opt out” of the registrant listing. This final registration list will NOT include those attendees who opt out.
How do I pay to exhibit or sponsor?
You can pay via credit card through the online registration form payment portal. To pay via check, select the “invoice me” option in the registration form. Please make check payable to NALTO® (The National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations). NALTO® Tax ID #01-0630044.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
A $100 cancellation fee will be assessed for all written cancellations received before August 1, 2026. Email cancellation requests to info@nalto.org. No refunds will be issued for cancellations on or after August 1, 2026.
