John Pannucci has spent the majority of his professional life in the locums industry, starting in 2010. In 2016 he founded Alumni Staffing, based out of Bridgewater, NJ. Since their inception, Alumni has received multiple awards including, 2X Best Staffing Firms to Work For, 2X Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms, 3X Largest Locum Tenens Staffing Firms in the US, and 7X Best of Staffing for both Clients and Candidates. John has been an active NALTO member since 2012 and a member of SIA since 2016. Currently, John sits as the Chair of the Education Committee, where he is responsible for the monthly NALTO trainings for its agency members. He looks to give back to those who need support and guidance in their early years, as there were key individuals from NALTO who helped him get started back in 2016. Having walked the path from a start-up founder to leading a rapidly growing, PE-backed locums company following its December 2024 transaction, he is committed to using that experience to support the next generation of organizations in the industry.
